Web Based Trouble Ticket System

Using your account sign-on, login "My Account" and enjoy the benefits of a centralized personalized portal for your every need as our customer. In My Account you will be able to open trouble tickets, upgrade services, check your e-Bill, purchase new services, and provide feedback on the level of service you receive from us.

Our web based trouble ticket system automatically routes your technical support request to our technical support team. The system allows the problem to be tracked from source to resolution and gives us the history of how your problem was solved. In the event that our first line of defense is unable to solve your problem, the problem is automatically escalated and routed to the system engineers, and if need be all the way to the president of Omnetix. When was the last time you were able to get your problems addressed by the president of the company?

Our technical support system provides free and fee based problem resolutions. FREE Technical support is included with every Web Hosting Account to solve problems related to your account setup and operation of your web hosting account.

Free Technical Support Services

These services include any trouble that you may be experiencing with your hosting account or dialup account. If your mail server is not working properly, your web server is down, or you are unable to reach your web site due to a network outtage (although unlikely) we will be happy to provide you full service to resolve your problem and get your services operating again. Please use our web technical support system in "My Account" to request assistance with your hosting account.

Free support services for your hosting account or dial-up account include:

  • Initial configuration of your account,
  • Maintenance of server software included with your account,
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of any software required to provide service,
  • Troubleshooting of your Dialup Account,
  • Free Data Restoration service only in the case of a hardware failure from last backup or from customer supplied backup data and,
  • Professional Advice about the capabilities and technologies installed with your server.
  • Answers to any questions you might have.

Fee Based Technical Support

These services include any troubles that you may be experiencing with your account as a result of problems arising from customer supplied files, scripts, databases, or any other external applications that you have installed on your account for the operation of your web site that is not included as part of your subscription plan.

Fee based support services include:

  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics for Customer's Software
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics for Customer's Web Site
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics for Customer's scripts
  • Restoration of Customer's data from last backup.

Fee based technical support services are billed in half hour increments.

Technical Support is Available to all Omnetix subscribers by telephone during business hours or through the Omnetix Customer Portal My Account 24x7.
