Copyrights

Omnetix Corp. cannot control the content that its Customers choose to store or transmit using Omnetix Corp. networks, equipment, and software. It is the Customer's responsiblity to ensure that the content of Customer or Customer's customers does not infringe in any copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or intellectual property.

Omnetix Corp. upholds the copyright law and expects our Customers to do the same. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, public display, or public performance, transmission of copyrighted works is an infringement of the copyright holders' rights.

Omnetix Corp. will investigate any allegation of copyright infrigenment by Customers. If Omnetix Corp. Customer is found to be in violation of any copyrights, or any terms of the Terms of Service or Acceptbale Use Policy Customer accounts may be terminated without notice.
